The never released 2nd album by British folk-rock band Fotheringay, abandoned when the band split in 1970, has been mixed and completed after 38 years by the band's surviving members. Fotheringay 2 includes the Trevor Lucas vocal
of I Don't Believe You.

Actually it doesn't. 'I Don't Believe You' is a Trevor Lucas vocal. You might be interested in the post about Dylan covers on my Sandy Denny blog.
