New in the DylanCover.com collection:
Star Hustler

Seven Curses (5:07)
Star Hustler
Transamber
CD: Dirt Records drt035; 1998 (US)

Star Hustler was first formed as a alt-rock band in Portland, Oregon, led by Bostonian Jason Hatfield (Juliana's brother.) By the time of Transamber, Hatfield was back in Boston and Star Hustler had become an alt-country/bluegrass/rock band, with Blake Hazard on co-lead vocals. Most of the album, including Seven Curses, features their male-female harmonizing vocals. The short (37 minute/10 track) album has 8 original songs by Hatfield, the other cover is Flatt & Scruggs' Dim Lights.
