Miscellaneous ramblings...

» Canadian folksinger Kim Beggs covers I'll Be Your Baby Tonight on her upcoming album Blue Bones, to be released July 20.
Thanks to Michael Tearson

» The Dylan Night Band of Germany has several new tracks available for listening on their MySpace player: Sad-Eyed Lady Of The Lowlands / Don't Think Twice, It's All Right / 'Cross The Green Mountain / Girl From The North Country / Masters Of War / Sara

»
Speaking of MySpace, as I find new covers that allow it, I add them to the "2010" Playlist on my MySpace player. (Some artists do not allow their tracks to be added to other players.) Go to DylanCover at MySpace, in the Player click on "Playlists" and choose "2010." Older covers are in the various other Playlists.

» Correction: I had previously listed the band Duke Junior & The Smokey Boots as being from Athens Georgia, but they are from Athens Ohio. I have corrected the error in all posts and DataBase listings.

» The Mud City Ramblers performed three Dylan songs at their May 21 show in Vermont, available at the Live Music Archive:
Oxford Town / Girl From The North Country / Shelter From The Storm

» The Weavers Green, a UK folk trio who released a self-titled LP in 1970, has reissued the album digitally and on CD, now titled Both Sides Now. Included is You Ain't Goin' Nowhere.

Hi,
As a member of The Weavers Green - and the guy who put together the web site and organised the re-release - I can provide a scan of our original album cover. How would I get this to you please?
