Miscellaneous ramblings...

» Country singer-songwriter (and former NFL player) Mike Reid covers Make You Feel My Love on the various-artist benefit CD In My Room.
[amazon.com (CD or mp3)][album website]

» Several free downloads are available from CLLCT.com, a website for indie artists known as "The Collective." Links to these tracks can be found in the DataBase:
James Eric (aka Garden on a Trampoline) - Make You Feel My Love
Existential Hero - I Threw It All Away / She Belongs To Me / Cold Irons Bound / Honey, Just Allow Me One More Chance / Who Killed Davey Moore?
Gol Den - Knockin' On Heaven's Door
TenderBear - Stuck Inside of Mobile...

» Punk Goes Classic Rock is the latest in the "Punk Goes..." series. Included is All Along The Watchtower by Long Island NY band Envy on the Coast.
[amazon.com (CD or mp3)]

» Robobob has 2 more electronica covers on his website, Is Your Love In Vain? and Positively 4th Street. His earlier covers are also still available.

» Polish rocker Edyta Bartosiewicz performs a live Knockin' On Heaven's Door on her new CD Najpiekniejsze Nieznane Piosenki. I don't know if it is an official album, I see no mention of it on her website.

» Pittsburgh jam band theCAUSE played three Dylan songs at their April 23 show available at Live Music Archive: When I Paint My Masterpiece / All Along The Watchtower / Mighty Quinn

» "Punk folk" performer Andy Warstar has added dozens of 2007-08 recordings to archive.org. 14 Dylan covers were added to the DataBase in the last update. Unfortunately many of the shows do not show song titles (although when downloaded most of the mp3s are titled.) Recordings are from studio recordings, live performances and radio appearances, and quality varies from lo-fi self-recordings to soundboards.
On his website, many more older recordings are available for free download, all in zip files with unlisted contents.
If anyone has the time and patience to search these shows from either source, let me know if you find any more Dylan covers!
