I'm always relieved when any new cover of Knockin' isn't a Guns N' Roses "cover"! Thankfully this bluesy version isn't, it's closer to Bob's original with some nice guitar work.
Burnside Exploration is Garry Burnside, the youngest son of the late bluesman R.L. Burnside, and Cedric Burnside, Garry's nephew and R.L.'s grandson.
R.L. covered Everything Is Broken on the House of Blues various artist CD Tangled Up In Blues.
