If any Dylan song can withstand a punk treatment, Masters Of War might be it, though long-standing Vancouver punk band D.O.A.'s version is closer to heavy-metal than punk, to my ears.
Masters is also a bonus track on the 2005 CD reissue of their 1982 EP War on 45.
