Alan Lorber reissued... questions remain

Available for purchase on several download sites (including eMusic) is Bob Dylan: Times They Are A-Changin' by the Alan Lorber Orchestra. Apparently the 6 Dylan songs included here are from the 1966 Lorber-produced Metropolitan Pops Orchestra album, note the artwork uses a variation of the same Peter Max design. Notation on this new release reads "Recorded May, 1966. Abbey Road Studios, London, with members & soloists of The London Symphony & Ted Heath Band." Added are Dylan Overture and the traditional Man Of Constant Sorrow. I haven't heard the tracks yet, so I don't know what Dylan Overture is, possibly a medley?
Tracks from the MPO that are not included are It Ain't Me Babe, She Belongs To Me, Positively 4th Street, and Mr. Tambourine Man.
This release does not answer the questions on my Mysteries page. For example, was this album ever released on the MGM label under Lorber's name?
More info at the Iris Music Groups album webpage
Also released by Iris Music Group is a 6-track collection of Lorber's Peter Paul & Mary covers, but Blowin' In The Wind is not included, but Man Of Constant Sorrow is repeated! That release also uses a variation of the artwork from the Metropolitan Pops Orchestra's PP&M LP.
Some retailers (such as Amazon.com) are listing this as a CD release, but I have found no evidence to support that. For now I have added it to the Download Albums page. If it does surface as a CD release, it will be transferred to the Instrumentals page.
The tracklist:
Dylan Overture (Dylan content unknown)
It's All Over Now, Baby Blue
Don't Think Twice
One Too Many Mornings
All I Really Wanna Do
Like A Rolling Stone
Man Of Constant Sorrow
The Times They Are A Changin'
