I don't know much about this CD, recorded August-September 1996 in Redondo Beach, California, or the band behind it. It's confusing, as both the band L.A. 4773 and the guitarist, Mitch Mills, are listed separately on the cover. It's not "Mitch Mills & L.A. 4773." The spine says L.A. 4773, so I've listed it that way in the Dylan Covers DataBase. '70s-style heavy rock with vocals by Bruce Hazel.
